Our most asked questions are listed below. If you have any further questions or enquiries don't hesitate to contact us.

Ready to book?

Yes, there is an option on the booking link to spread the cost of your treatments.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, at the time of booking a booking fee is needed along with a consultation. No appointment is confirmed until this is paid and no treatment can go ahead without a consultation.  Booking fees are redeemable against the full cost of your treatment. If you do not show up to your appointment the booking fee is not refundable or transferable. A new booking fee will be required to book in a new appointment.

Do I need to pay a deposit//booking free?

Yes! You will receive the best results and value for money by discussing the different treatment options. Consultations can be done face to face or via video call.

Do I need a consultation?

I'm based in South Oxfordshire. Easy to find, we are 30 minutes from Abingdon, Didcot and Reading and 10 minutes from Wallingford and Henley. Full address details will be given to booked clients.

Where are you based?

In general aesthetic treatments have minimal pain, but every client is different. We use ultra-fine needles for treatments such as skin boosting treatments and dermal fillers. Numbing cream is applied to many treatments. Client comfort is priority.

Do any of the treatments hurt?

It is well known that unfortunately in the UK that the Aesthetics industry is unregulated. This has led to many "practitioners" being able to do a one day course then being "qualified" to take on clients. This is a very scary thought and is why so many people are receiving botched treatments. I wanted to ensure that my clients could trust my education, knowledge and ability to help them. I refuse to provide a service that I am not fully confident and educated to carry out. For these reasons I studied and attended courses for eleven months prior to taking on any client. I spent thousands of pounds attending various courses and masterclasses to ensure my clients are in safe, capable hands.

Who can be an Aesthetician?

Discretion is key in the Dilo Aesthetic Clinic. Although some treatments may cause redness, swelling or bruising, no one will know which treatment you have had unless you tell people yourself. This is why we will discuss any upcoming events or commitments at a consultation.

How discreet are the treatments?

Facial aesthetics is a term to describe non-surgical cosmetic procedures. They are used to enhance natural beauty, confidence and skin concerns.
